Liselynn Adams, a resident of Sainte-Catherine de Hatley, she radiates and performs in concert at numerous venues around the world, mainly in Canada and the United States.

Performing on both baroque and modern flutes, she has appeared as a soloist in several North American cities. She is one of the founders of the Blue Rider Ensemble, which has premiered numerous works by Canadian and American composers, including works for instrumental theater composed and created collectively by the Ensemble. The singularity of their approach has seduced many Quebec artists, such as poet Michel Garneau and choreographer David Earle, among others, who have created pieces or participated in performances and improvisations to rave reviews.

Alex Kehler, lives in the Eastern Townships.

He spent his childhood in Nova Scotia and now lives in Sherbrooke in the Eastern Townships, while pursuing a career as a performer of traditional, classical and world music. He is well known for his collaborations with La Nef and Skye Consort, with whom he has toured Canada, the USA and Europe. Alex studied baroque violin with Chantal Rémillard at McGill University, and has performed with many early music orchestras and ensembles in Montreal, Ontario and the United States. He is also well known in the trad world of Quebec and New England with projects such as Duo Kehler- Williams and Jeremiah McLane and Timothy Cummings (Triton). He has taught at camps in the U.S. such as North East Heritage VT, Acadia Trad ME, and Ashokan Northern Week NY. Since 2011 he has pursued a passion for Scandinavian music, studying with Swedish nyckelharpa masters Torbjörn Näsböm, Magnus Holmström, and David Eriksson. A high-flying musician who plays instruments that are now almost extinct.

Marie Marceau, lives in Stanstead.

A graduate of the Royal Northern College of Music (Manchester, England), the Conservatoire de musique de Québec in piano and the Université de Montréal in baroque flute, Marie Marceau specializes in the interpretation of traditional and early music, as well as in composition and arrangements inspired by various musical languages of oral tradition, which she performs mainly on wood flutes and bagpipes. She has been a member of various ensembles, including the Ensemble Jean-François Bélanger, the Moïra group, the Stockholm Vankor Orchestra, the Marsipan ensemble, the Ensemble St-Brendan, and played for several years in Cirque du Soleil’s “O” show as a multi-instrumentalist, singer and stage character. She has performed throughout Quebec, Canada, the United States, England, Sweden, France, Italy and Japan. Her music is tinged with the influence of her musical travels to the antipodes, and the visceral call to her Quebec and Irish roots.

Joel Kerr lives in Sherbrooke.

He is a versatile bassist and composer, equally at home in jazz, world, country, experimental, rock and classical music. He has toured extensively in Canada, the U.S. and Europe. As a composer and leader, Joel has released two albums, False Dawn (2015), and Joel Kerr Quintet (2011). He has also released seven albums as co-leader, and appeared on over twenty albums as a sideman. His current projects include the soul group The Key-Lites, the experimental Jewish chamber music ensemble Siach Hasadeh, and his solo project Electroacoustic Experiments for double bass and modular synthesizers. Joel holds a Master of Music in Jazz Performance and a Master of Library and Information Science, both from McGill University.
