Le Grand Partage – A festive evening featuring a potluck dinner interspersed with readings, songs, music, and dance performed by young people and adults, all exploring the theme: What do you want to preserve of your humanity? Ending with a dance.
Artists in Action – An exhibition and meet-and-greets with artists selected for their talent and their desire to share their approach to painting, printmaking, jewelry, and drawing.
Cosse-tu penses mon p’tit bonhomme ? – Jack Kerouac – Finally back in the Eastern Townships, the much-loved show featuring readings, songs, and music inspired by the work of a Beat Generation icon. “This show is a pure delight. Robert Lalonde delivers a truly outstanding performance.” Le Journal de Québec
Tire le Coyote and Robert Lalonde – a unique show of music and poetry including a conversation with Tire le coyote—a first!
Storytelling and pastels for children ages 6–12 – with specialized artists / Free*
Le Grand Partage
Following the enthusiastic reception from last year’s participants, we are repeating the event this year with the participation of very young citizens, in addition to adults who wish to contribute with texts, songs, and music on the theme: “What do you want to preserve of our humanity ?”
Presentations will take place during a potluck dinner and are intended to spark discussion. The event will conclude with lively dancing to the music of the 5-musicien-band Bureau et ses tiroirs, which was highly appreciated last year.
The event is free. Since space is limited, we will select those who submit a reflection on the theme : a written piece ranging from one paragraph to a maximum of four pages, or a proposal to present a text or song themselves, in a performance lasting no more than five minutes.
Submissions must be sent by September 13, 2026. WE WILL CONFIRM YOUR PARTICIPATION BY SEPTEMBER 17, 2026, AT THE LATEST.

Jonathan B CLOUTIER, painting
An oil painter, his style is primarily defined as surrealist, allowing him to combine his undeniable technical skill and precision in portraiture and hyperrealism with his thirst for creativity and his quest for meaning.
His art seeks to express the inexpressible and to reveal a dreamlike world where everyone can discover themselves in their imagination. In it, he expresses so much that is misunderstood, so many questions and dreams, where mysticism combined with surrealism allows him to create a world greater than himself. A dreamlike world not limited by the sense of self as ego. A world aspiring to the grandeur of transcendent reality that unites all things.
Vincent DUBOST, prints, engravings
For over thirty years, Vincent has spent most of his professional career in the Estrie region.
Trained in drawing, he quickly incorporated acrylic painting and then oil painting into his practice. He regularly participates in life drawing workshops. He has taken numerous workshops with various masters, always seeking to improve his craft. Today, figuration and abstraction interact and coexist naturally in his work.
Long fascinated by printmaking, he has explored various techniques such as linocut and plexiglass engraving. Since 2022, Vincent Dubost has exhibited regularly in France and in Quebec, including in Brompton, Coaticook, and Sherbrooke (Museum of Fine Arts, Espace Dialogue Gallery, Rendez-vous d’Howard, Grande Virée Artistique).
Among his projects for 2026 are a second solo exhibition at the Coaticook Library, participation in the Mini Print Internacional in Cadaqués (Spain), and the Miniprint Exchange in Asolo, Italy.
Christine-Claire MALLET, jewelry
A multifaceted artist and artisan! Her jewelry embodies the art of weaving together light, symbolism, and material. After exploring the art of storytelling for nearly thirty years as a storyteller-musician and author (including several award-winning young adult novels), she now expresses herself through two inseparable and complementary pillars: tarot readings and the creation of light-filled micro-macramé jewelry.
At the heart of her creations are natural gemstones, such as labradorite, moonstone, and amethyst, chosen for their organic beauty and vibrational resonance. Her process begins with an encounter with the stone and the energy of the moment. By combining the delicacy of the threads with the power of the stone, she creates wearable pieces that act as precious talismans.
Annie-Michèle BROWN, illustrations
An artist and illustrator specializing in female characters, she seeks to highlight the strength that lies within vulnerability, authenticity, and the expression of emotions. Her characters tell stories of sensitivity, resilience, and humanity. She also creates playful characters with simplified forms and exaggerated features, imbued with humor and whimsy. As a child, she refused to grow up and join the world of adults.
“Being an adult is complicated and, above all, boring! I even made a solemn promise never to completely leave the world of childhood behind” she confides.
The freshness of her drawings attests to her mastery of the art of storytelling through images.

Cosse-tu penses mon p’tit bonhomme ? – Jack Kerouac
Finally, back in the Eastern Townships! Robert LALONDE performs the writings of Kerouac, an icon of the Beat Generation, accompanied by Tomás JENSEN and KARÈYA: songs, music, and soundscapes.
An invaluable opportunity to reconnect with an icon of the Beat Generation while delving back into our roots—retranslated, interpreted, and presented in Kerouac-style French by local artists of remarkable talent.
Robert Lalonde, a renowned actor and author, has crafted a moving show featuring recently discovered texts in Kerouac-style French that predate the famous On the Road, as well as previously unpublished poems he has translated. His masterful on-stage performance is complemented by the remarkable sound design and musical arrangements of Kerouac’s poems by the magnificent duo of composer-musicians-performers Tomás Jensen and Karèya.

Tire le coyote and Robert Lalonde, a unique duo !
For the first time performing solo on stage, Tire le coyote revisits his repertoire and presents new songs in a perfectly intimate setting, giving full rein to his talent as a guitarist, his uniquely moving voice, and the poetry of his lyrics and poems—drawn from his book “La mémoire est une corde d’allumage”—read by actor and friend Robert LALONDE.
The humanity and quality of Tire le Coyote’s lyrics demonstrate remarkable talent.
In his songs as well as in his short poems, there is always a line or two that stays with us and ultimately helps us live.

A Second Extraordinary Duo !
Storytelling for children ages 6–12, followed by a pastel workshop / Free*
Marie LUPIEN-DUROCHER – From legends to fairy tales, novels, and epics, this storyteller captivates her audience by immersing them in a unique world. Marie performed her first story on stage in 2001. After winning an award at “Cégep en spectacle” and another at “Université en spectacle,” she has performed in various settings for different audiences, often children, with stories adapted for various age groups.
Yvan DAGENAIS – A renowned painter, Yvan Dagenais has enjoyed a career spanning several decades, during which he has completed numerous training programs, worked with recognized masters, and exhibited in Montreal, Paris, New York, Charlevoix, and the Eastern Townships, among other places. His works have won many prestigious awards. He was one of the first Canadians to become a member of the Pastel Society of America.
His workshop on exploring pastel techniques is a hit with children thanks to his dynamic approach in a guaranteed fun atmosphere!
